Vivatar 850W underwater video camera.

I picked this thing from CT and the first time I tried to use it the main light for video mode would not come on and the center button just about fell into the camera housing.
I dont know if I got a monday made unit or not. I would not recommend this to anybody.
It did not cost much so I did not expect to much but it does not matter how much I paid if its brand new it should at least work out of the box. I thought the underwater test would have been the place it stopped working but alas I did not even get that far.
